Special – Mexican Horseshoe

In the late 1920’s chef Joe Schweska invented the Horseshoe at Springfield’s Leland Hotel. It still is a regional favorite. We decided to take that idea and make an awesome variation of it and we call it the Mexican Horseshoe.

Mexican Horseshoe

A thick slice of Texas toast buttered & grilled then topped with taco seasoned chopped ground beef, cheddar beer cheese sauce, sea salt seasoned fries, and a sprinkle of cheddar & mozzarella cheeses. It is forkin good. Garnished with Jalapenos.

Ponyshoe

Half the size of the horseshoe same amount of flavor.

Dine-in or Carryout.
